I entered coffee almost by accident, and grew through every level of the craft — from café floors to wholesale support, from sample roasting to green coffee selection, from production roasting to competition coffee development. Today my work sits where origin meets industry: sourcing thoughtfully, roasting with intention, and helping people connect across the supply chain.
